'#transformationtuesday OMG its week 12 of the 16 Week Challenge! I learned to just stay home! On this weight loss journey I\'ve had a lot of down, ups & stalls, mostly because I would lose during the week & then the weekend hits & I go to a social outing cookout, event, etc. I would grab a little something not on my plan & gain the weight back. =========== I was so tired of that cycle...so I stayed home. Nothing wrong with enjoying time reading and enjoying my own company. So my July 4th weekend was a party of one!
